How we can combat COVID

Personal coaching may be a way for you to reduce your stress level due to the pandemic. This is a trying time for us all, and it’s important to recognize self-care and the benefits it provides. The Coronavirus pandemic continues to shift, change, and alter our way of life. At Journey with Horses, we’re taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe.

I am committed to these precautions while on the farm:

  •  Social distancing: this means staying at least 6′ from another person
  • Masks: this means covering both your mouth and nose
  • Handwashing: this means using soap provided and washing for at least 20 seconds.
  • Sanitizer: We have hand sanitizer in many locations.  If you need some, please ask.

Because we’re all in this together, you must reschedule if you’re feeling sick. To accommodate our safety, I will provide free rescheduling if you are experiencing any symptoms.

To keep us both safe, I want to make my expectations clear to avoid any misunderstandings:

  • You must do your best to maintain a safe distance between us.
  • You must wear a mask when inside any building with more than one person.
  • You must wear a mask when you are in our house, use the restroom, and get lunch.

If every individual follows these precautions, we can be reasonably safe from any contaminate. I will update any changes on protocols to keep us safe.  I will include current safety measures be it individual sessions or seasonal retreats in emails prior to any farm visits.

Thank You

Vickie Ball-Seiter, Journey with Horses
