March was crazy busy!  I wanted to get a deer hide processed.  I chose to dye it with black walnut.  What a beautiful color.

I went on a trip to see family.  Guess where?!?!

When I got back a new and dear friend came out.  She is great will all our animals and I love taking pics of the photographer.

Things are starting to bloom here.

Morris is consistently loved and spoiled.

When we have strong winds Popcorn’s mane gets tangled.  Good thing I like untangling.

The boys ate out back one day.  Changing it up if the noise is too loud near the barn.

More fun pics of the horses and Morris.

I am starting to learn about tanning hides.  This was a deer rawhide I tried to egg tan.  It didn’t turn out the way I wanted so it will not become clothing.  There is always a use for whatever we produce on the farm.

And, at the very end of the month it was time to start the seeds in the greenhouse.  LOVED being in the greenhouse with Morris while it was raining.

Welcome April.  Let’s see what we do in April.
